Then we summarize what we find and recommend next steps. There’s no login and no posting on your behalf.
There’s no official API that says “you’re shadowbanned.” Instead, we rely on multiple signals known to correlate with reduced visibility (e.g., suggestion/search omissions, reply deboosting behavior, hashtag/Explore/FYP discoverability). This approach matches how creators and social-media pros evaluate possible shadowbans in practice, but results should be treated as diagnostic indicators, not legal proof.
You’ll typically see fewer impressions and slower growth because people can’t easily find you via search/suggestions. Replies may be hidden or downranked, and posts may stop appearing in hashtag searches or discovery surfaces.
Most visibility limits are temporary. Common advice is to review and follow each platform’s rules, remove problematic posts (e.g., copyright or policy issues), avoid spammy automation, and give the account a cool-down period. For Instagram, check Account Status and request a review if posts were removed; for TikTok, pauses and content clean-up often help.
